MAGDALENA MŁYNARCZYK
- Theatrical pedagogue, culture animator, theatrical instructor, director.
- Founder of the Teatrowo group
- Co-founder and vice president of the Pantomima Foundation
- Founder and director of children's theater groups, including: "Ram Pam Pam", and pantomime student group. "Teatr Pod Kolumnami"
- Coordinator and pedagogue of various theatrical projects
- Graduate of theater studies and post-secondary school of Culture and Library Animators - pantomime specialization;
- Adept of the Pantomime Studio at the Wrocław H.Tomaszewski Pantomime Theater
- Participant of various workshops in the field of body work and dance, including:

- Currently: 3rd year student of Puppet Theater directing at the Academy of Theater Arts. S. Wyspiański branch in Wrocław
In my work with the youngest, I draw from their innate skills and predispositions, ideas and situations that happen at any given moment.
I try to listen to their needs and follow them, without judging and with support of their sensitivity and individuality. It is very important for me to develop their imagination, creativity and mindfulness and opening them to the ideas of others.
